Err, sorry to contradict you but actually 99% of RPG work this way, I think you're confused. In RPG games, quests usually require you to collect items in order to give them to a NPC in exchange of a reward. Which RPG games did you play?

This is actually not a bug. The quest takes your items and it's an expected behavior.

Please try restarting the game. In the database I can indeed see you did NOT claim the reward yet, so it must be visual glitch. If you confirm it works after restarting the game, we'll work on a fix based on your feedback, thanks :)

Issue fixed. It will be available in the next app update (if you're on Android, it should be available within a few hours while, if iOS, it may take up to 24 hours).
