Heal does not work in PvP?

My healing skill does not work in PvP, it just goes on CD and never did heal me or anything. Or is it that a feature. The game was so laggy i cant even properly read stuff

It's clearly written in the PvP panel, explaining Healing Skills cannot be used in PvP. It also appears during the loading screen from time to time.

Healing does not work during PVP. As it lets you focused on damages, or stuns and poison. Also use shield as well.
